Our multi-disciplinary approach delivers full-service, client-centred solutions dedicated to good design

Good design goes beyond a building’s walls – it encompasses the whole experience. We listen to you, work with you and support you throughout the entire project. We enhance your ideas and bring your vision to life. We create bespoke designs that suit or even transform your lifestyle, all while maximising the potential of your space.

Our integrated design philosophy enables us to create a harmony that makes your outside spaces feel like a natural extension of your indoor living spaces. The final design flows seamlessly between the architecture, the interior and the landscape.

We take great care to guide our clients through every step of a project, from concept to completion. We tailor our Architecture, Interior and Landscape Design solutions and services to provide high-quality designs that maximise your space and resonate with your life.

Julie-Ann Clements BA (Hons), DIP ARCH, ARB, RIBA

While working with many of the country’s largest architecture practices, Julie-Ann developed a rich and varied portfolio. She has successfully delivered a diverse range of projects, from £50-million mixed-use developments in London to home refurbishments in the heart of the Devon countryside.

Alongside her proven track record in the residential sector, Julie-Ann has built a reputation for taking on challenging specialist projects. To design a livestock market in Holsworthy she immersed herself in research on livestock, cattle movement and animal welfare. When tasked with the design of a winery at Buckfast Abbey, Julie-Ann learned the detailed processes for winemaking.

Creating In Ex Design has enabled Julie-Ann to focus her practice on bespoke commissions and building strong relationships with clients at all stages of the design process.

Julie-Ann studied architecture at Portsmouth University, qualifying as an Architect through RIBA North West.
